Foods for Mental Health
This is a general list of foods and nutrients that promote mental health.
1) Vitamins B complex, D and K.
The B complex is often taken as a supplement because it is difficult to get a lot of the full range of vitamins from foods.
Vitamin D is best gotten from sunlight.
Vitamin K is best gotten from parsley, spinach etc.

2) Omega 3 oils have a noticeable effect on mood. There are three types of Omega 3's, ALA, DHA and EPA. The first is more common in plant sources like flax seed. The latter two are easier gotten from fish oils.
